COVID-19 Update

We have a safe and secure contactless check-in process through the Healow app.

• You will receive a text two days prior to your appointment where you can verify and change demographic information and to confirm or cancel the appointment.
• The day of the appointment, you will receive another text to check in, pay any copay, or upload an insurance card.
• One of our nurses will then call you to get pertinent clinical information for the appointment and will then meet you at the front door to take you directly back to your exam room.

We also have telehealth appointments available for med checks and certain sick visits. Ask one of our staff members how you can get connected through our patient portal.
